Attention: Abuse Department. Please find all my original photos on this page and others on my website. The infringing website is fairly old and they’ve been taking photos off of my website and harassing me for years. I believe the website is now abandoned but I would like to pursue a lawsuit against them and will be most interested in following up with your legal department in order to subpoena those records. Below you will find my DMCA letter (the copy to the registrar) I also submitted a copy addressed to AWS and a copy to google through your abuse department using the forms links. Each of my photos are in order of the photos which were stolen and uploaded onto the page I am linking below. I believe this is a disgruntled applicant who wanted to buy a puppy to breed and lied on their application. They started a kennel and since 2013 have harassed me with unhinged posts, malicious statements, and fallacious comments have been very damaging and offensive to my happy clients whose dogs live healthy long lives as long as they follow my advise, which is within my website and in their contracts. Furthermore, this infringer is using my name and potential location, which I do not disclose for safety reasons, as I discuss in my letter.
Their website, which appears to have been hosted by a secretive web host if not obsolete company. There are two pages, an “index” page and an “about us” page. All of it is a violation of my intellectual property and Google’s terms of service and is illegal in accordance with U.S. Law. Please follow along as each of my photos below are in order of the photos this infringer has taken off of my website, and this has gone on for years, despite my website updates. I had to go back into my archives to find many of them. I have sent the letter below to the official registrar according to whois.com which is somebody in Ontario Canada. I’ve also sent it to a company with a similar name called WebStarts. The hosting company’s only page is indexed however it is not clickable. It’s possible that a company called “WebStart” has bought them out . Kindly investigate this offending infringer as well as the web hosting company because I’m sure I’m not the only victim of these nefarious and vexatious individuals.
